This particular property on the canals of Bundall had its original concrete tiled roof from the 1970s still untouched since the construction of the house. Some 50 years later the roof was in very porous condition and with many cracked tiles leaks were present. We were engaged by the owners to undertake a full roof restoration on the property. The transformation was significant. From a porous and tired looking red brown tile to beautiful glossy Monument finish. The owners were super happy with he out come.
