• Job Description: Its not every day we have the opportunity to undertake a Gold Coast Roof Restoration on such a beautiful property on the incredible canals of the Gold Coast. This concrete tiled roof was installed when the house was originally built in 1989. The owner had another roof restoration company restore the roof around 10 years ago but was never happy with the finished appearance. The coating began to flake and peel within a few years and ultimately look worse than the original roof. We pressure cleaned the roof with 4000psi and removed most of the old coating. After repointing the roof and changing the broken tiles we coated the roof with one coat of premium high build primer from Industrial Roof Coatings Burleigh. This was followed by two generous colour coats in Monument. The photos and videos speak for themselves. An incredible transformation.
