• Job Description: The team at All Roof Restoration Gold Coast had the pleasure of transforming this Gold Coast property recently with a roof restoration. The original concrete tiled roof on this otherwise beautiful property in the Gold Coast suburb of Highland Park was in average condition and significantly discoloured. Even though relatively young for a house roof at 21 years, the concrete roof tiles were in a porous state and absorbing rain water with every downpour. We suspect the original tile colour was actually Manier Dark Terracotta but with so much discolouration its very hard to know. The roof was coated in Shield Coat Terracotta Gloss and primed with the premium high build primer. The result is a fantastic looking Terracotta coloured roof that from street level can actually trick the eye into believing the roof is not just a concrete tile but a true Terracotta clay tiled roof.
